Project inquiries

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide, including contact information, organization, project need, and consent. We use it to assess fit, respond to your inquiry, and maintain a record of the conversation.

Boarding Pass interest

When you join the Boarding Pass interest list, we collect your name, email address, city, selected interests, optional comments, and consent. We use that information to understand what participants would like us to consider and to send relevant updates about future gatherings or group travel. Expressing interest is not a booking or confirmation of an event. You may withdraw consent by emailing hello@roundyondergroup.com.

How it is used

We do not sell inquiry or interest-list information or use it to create advertising profiles.

Website measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page traffic, referral sources, and site performance. It does not use cookies or create advertising profiles. This helps us improve the site without turning ordinary visits into a marketing audience.

Retention

Project inquiry records are reviewed at least annually. Closed inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement, legal obligation, or legitimate business record. Boarding Pass interest records are retained while updates remain relevant or until consent is withdrawn. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@roundyondergroup.com.
