About Round Yonder

Better place decisions begin with better noticing.

Round Yonder is a cultural-intelligence practice for hospitality leaders, destination organizations, and institutional research teams. It turns cultural behavior, traveler perspective, and available evidence into clearer choices about what a place promises and what people actually carry away.

The work

Culture is not a decorative paragraph at the end of a report.

It is evidence-bearing context. It shapes what people expect, trust, notice, repeat, and recommend. Round Yonder helps teams keep that context connected to an observable decision, behavior, implementation requirement, or measurement question.

Founder

61 countries.
Still curious.

Tajji Sharp

Tajji is the founder of Round Yonder and a cultural strategist, researcher, traveler, and interpreter of places. Travel across 61 countries informs his comparative judgment, attention to social codes and behavior, and ability to recognize where institutional language and lived experience diverge.

His work combines cultural interpretation, traveler psychology, audience convening, and clear public-facing translation. The point is not to collect destinations like receipts. It is to notice what a place is asking people to believe, then test whether the experience earns it.

Authority boundary: founder perspective strengthens question design and interpretation. It does not replace representative sampling, advanced statistics, local community relationships, or specialist technical disciplines when those are required.
